Castle Cake

This client asked for a pink themed castle cake for her daughter's 6th birthday. I know everything on the cake is supposed to be edible but I cheated! Covered the ice-cream cones with shiny paper. I could have used edible glitter but that would have busted my client's budget. Figures were bought and placed by client.

Erin's birthday

My littliest niece, Erin, just turned 5. We had a little celebration at home with a small "Diego/Dora" marble cake. I mention Diego first because she's crazy about him! She also had pink/purple themed cupcakes for her friends and teachers at school.

Angry Birds Cupcakes

This was kind of a last minute order. Worked on the critters one whole afternoon and two nights (with Jack's help)! The result was very satisfying  :)

3-Tier Cake

This client ordered a 3-tier moist chocolate cake for her mother-in-law's birthday celebration. It was my first tiered cake and I had to do loads of research. The toughest part was transferring the bottom layer onto the fondant covered base! It was impossible to lift it so I had to slide it onto the board!

 Listened to some family advise to add some flowers in the empty spaces :)
